Assist lawyer in researching and preparing legal documents, including affidavits, legal forms, and filings for submission to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Meet with clients and assist lawyer in preparation for appearance in front of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.
Research and analyze law sources to prepare drafts for review, approval, and use by attorney.
Review and file petitions with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
In a solo practitionerís firm, responsible to maintain document files and case correspondence.
Minimum requirements include a Masterís degree in law or related field or foreign degree equivalent; plus strong knowledge of EILA software.
